Join Bodacious Curves and Flexibility with Vera at The Pink Studio on Saturday April 5, 2025 at 5PM for an hour of stretching and feeling good!
This full-body stretch class is all about gaining mobility, reducing stiffness, and breaking a sweat! We will be going through Vera’s classic class - Flexy Fatties, which is made specifically for plus-size people in mind. Move through movements and variations that work for your body, not against it. Props will be available to use, and recommended whether you’re a true beginner, or advanced (all levels welcome)! Walk out of this class feeling relaxed, and with a new appreciation for what flexibility training can do for you!
Limited spots are available. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start at 5PM to get the most out of our time together!
This event is a safe space for those who are plus-size, fat, or larger-bodied. All genders and identities within the community are welcome as long as everyone stays respectful. This event is a body-neutral fitness class, and we ask attendees not to engage in conversations steeped in diet or toxic fitness culture.

About Flexibility with Vera
Michelle 'Vera' Schofield is a certified personal trainer and flexibility coach since 2020 when she noticed people started to talk about pain and stiffness forming in their bodies from the hours of binge-watching Netflix shows. Leading from a body-neutral lens, Vera focuses on teaching inclusive movement to those who want to reduce pain and live their lives to the fullest through their online membership, The Garden, and has taught over 250 students across the globe.

Who is this class for?
This class is catered for those in larger bodies who want to move in a way that feels good for them and is beginner-friendly. Movements will offer variations to make the stretches as accessible as possible.
I can’t even touch my toes! I don’t think I will get much out of this class?
That’s why we use props and variations! The benefits of flexibility training are endless, and no matter where you’re starting from, you can benefit from stretching and working on your mobility. We will have chairs, blocks and straps available to use throughout the class to make sure movements work for you - not the other way around.
I have an injury or limitations that has me concerned about this class.
When you sign up we will ask you about any injuries or limitations you may have so Vera can make sure the class is accessible to all! On the day of the class you can also talk to Vera before class starts if something has since come up.
Do I need to bring anything?
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in, a towel, and water to stay hydrated! The Pink Studio will have yoga mats and props available, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
Are there chairs available?
Yes there will be folding chairs available for those that need them. You may also bring your own chair if you like.
